Nicole "Nikki" Davis Hargett went to be with Jesus the morning of Sunday, March 23, 2025.

Graveside service will be at Onslow Memorial Park, Friday, March 28, 2025, at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends at Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville, Friday, March 28, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Amy Paulette Davis; maternal grandparents, Alonso Dewey Hewitt and Serena Hewitt; paternal grandparents, Carl Davis and Donnie Davis; and loyal dog, Mason.

Nikki is survived by her beloved husband, Freddie Hargett; precious children, Chloe Hargett and Channing Hargett; loving parents, Fairley and Shirley Davis; dear brother, Ryan Davis; darling nephews, Max and Oliver Davis; and sweet cats, Clementine, Ezzie, and Tuxedo.

Nikki held her pets close to her heart, especially her beloved cats. She cherished her children and loved to spoil them. As a devoted mother, wife, teacher, and friend, she poured herself into her roles. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from UNC Wilmington. Teaching at Dixon Elementary was a joy for her as she witnessed the growth of her students. She will be greatly missed.
