Patricia Ann Shivelhood "Patsy" Bernier, 80 passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family.  Born March 24, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA to George and Margaret Hennessey Shivelhood who precedes her in death.  Also preceding her is her husband; Arthur Bernier and her daughter; Rene Hudson.

Graveside Services will be held on August 29, 2025 at 2:00 pm from Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery here in Jacksonville.

Survivors include her children; Kathleen Reilly Price (Douglas) of Winter Haven, FL, Kevin Reilly of the home and John Reilly (Amy) of Winterville. Sister; Peggy Bera (Larry) of Jacksonville, Grandchildren; Timothy Tyler Hudson (Brentley) of Jacksonville, Brandon Price of Winter Haven, FL, Thomas Reilly Hudson of Greenville, Kourtney Reilly of Jacksonville, Darian Price of Winter Haven, FL, Evan Reilly and Erin Reilly  of Winterville.
