In loving memory of Patricia Barnhart Carroll
It is with broken hearts that we say goodbye to Pat, a woman who was more than a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was the heart of her family and a safe space for us all.
Pat was the kind of person who was always doing something for someone. She spent her life taking care of everyone else. The strong one, the fighter, the one who always showed up. She always made sure you were fed and made you feel at home.
She was a force to be reckoned with, had the most determination and strength, she was tough , stubborn and a fighter, she was a geniune vibrant sould who lived entirely on her own terms. No matter what life threw at her she kept going. She was like a second mother to so many, her family extended far beyond the walls of her home and was deeply loved.
Pat loved to sing and dance. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, celebrating life, cooking for everyone- especially at the family pond. Above all, she deeply cherished her time with her grandchildren.
Her passing leaves a hole that can never truly be filled. But her story does not end here. It lives on in her children, grandchildren, and in the people she loved. She was one of a kind. There will never be another Pat.
Rest now, Mom, Nana.
We love you to the moon and back!
