Dr. Patricia Monahan Jordan, DVM
It is with a heavy heart we share the sad news of the passing of Dr. Jordan. Dr. Patricia Jordan, DVM, 65, passed away on January 29, 2024. She is at peace now leaving behind an extensive group of family, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances She is survived by son Patrick Jordan and his children, her parents Mary Nichols and Gerald Monahan and spouses, siblings, Michael Monahan, Dan Monahan, Dorothy Zimmer, Mimi Shingleton and their spouses. She will be dearly missed by her extended family including Aunts Uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and a growing number of grand nieces and nephews
We mourn the loss but celebrate the extraordinary life of Doctor Patricia Jordan. "Pat' as her family called her, was a plant and animal lover, a pet whisperer, and a healer. Doctor, author, researcher, teacher and lifelong student, her interest in science, the love of horses and curiosity of the Natural Universe led her academic path. Her contribution to all of humanity was evident in her thirst for knowledge and truth. Her determination and passion for understanding the plant and animal kingdom led her to earning two Bachelor of Science Degrees (University of North Carolina-Wilmington & North Carolina State University) a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (North Carolina College of Veterinary Medicine) a Doctorate of Veterinary Naturopathy (Kingdom College of Natural Health) and Masters TCVM Chi Institute and South China University of Agriculture. Dr. Jordan attended many nature walks, herbal classes, homeopathy, acupuncture lectures, presentations and classes that enhanced and fueled her desire to learn.
Dr. Jordan was always willing to share her knowledge and excitement about the natural world to anyone who would listen. She was fervently and tirelessly working to consolidate and compile her latest research concerning the very important field of EMFs- Electromagnetic Frequencies and its debilitating effects on Electromagnetic Hypersensitive people and animals.
In place of flowers consider donating in a manner that would align with Doctor Jordan's philosophy and passion for natural cures and healing.
Her family encourages you to leave condolences on the Tribute wall.
