Jacksonville – Paul Wayne Smith, 52, of Richlands, passed away Thursday, February 12th.

Paul was born on November 6th, 1973, to Wayne and Patricia Smith. He was an Army veteran, serving 4 years.

Paul is preceded in death by his father, Wayne Smith, his brother Charlie and sister Minda. Paul is survived by his daughter, Leandra Irving of Raleigh, his son, Malcom Irving of Cary. He is also survived by his mother, Patricia Smith of Jacksonville.
