Peggy Lou Whaley passed away on Saturday evening, Feb 7th, 2026. She was born on Aug 18, 1952, to the late Tharon and Evelyne Whaley. She dedicated her life working as the secretary for The Church at Onslow. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM at The Church of Onslow. Burial will immediately follow at Whaley Family Cemetery in Pink Hill, NC.

Survived by her faithful friend and companion, Little Lou, who never left her side, and who brought constant joy love and laughter to her home. Peggy is survived by her two brothers, Cliff Whaley (Sherry) of Pink Hill and Billy Whaley of Pink Hill. Peggy is also survived by a special niece Melissa Bradford.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her sister Phyllis Kennedy and three brothers, Philip Whaley, Danny Whaley and Gary Whaley.

The family will receive friends prior to the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
