Randy Lynn Carter October 13, 1957 – December 12, 2022

Our beloved Randy Lynn Carter of Jacksonville, passed away peacefully  Monday, December 12, 2022 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington, NC. He will be deeply missed by those of us that were blessed to know him

He is survived by his parents, Foster and Mary Ann Parker Carter of Jacksonville.  He was preceded in death by his brothers, Dusty LeJon Carter, Foster Linwood Carter, Jr. and his maternal grandparents Isaac "Ike" Parker and Ethel Phillips Parker of Verona.

Randy will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him as an easy going good and trustworthy friend. He was always kind and compassionate.  He was a source of pride to his family for all the many things he did to help them. Randy's sense of humor, his smile and laughter were one-of-a-kind.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday  December 15,2022  at .  Onslow Memorial Park Mausoleum., 3280 Richlands Highway Jacksonville, NC 28540 with James Asher officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to; Verona United Methodist Church, 110 Town Point Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540

Family and friends will be welcomed at the home after the service.
Arrangements are by Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
