JACKSONVILLE, NC
Robert E. Brooks, 68 of Jacksonville died Friday, July 5, 2019 at Onslow Memorial Hospital.
A Rememberence Service will be held at a later date.
He was born in Alexandra, VA and was the son of the late Earl R. and Mildred L. Brooks. He is also preceded in death by a sister, Grace Brooks.
He is survived by his life partner, Lory Talbot; two sisters, Peggy Mullin and Jean Keator; one brother, Gordon Brooks and numerous nieces and nephews.
