HUBERT  -  Robert Miller Parmer, 45, of Hubert, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025 at UNC Healthcare in Chapel Hill.  A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Mr. Parmer was born September 2,1979 in Morehead City, NC.

He was civil servant working as an inventory manager and loved to spend time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Parmer and his brother, Richard Parmer.

Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Burns-Parmer of the home; children: Joseph, Justin, Jason Thomas, and Jayden Burns; mother and stepfather, Joy and Bob Downs of Dover; siblings: Michael, Heather, and Kimberly Parmer; and nephews, Dylan Parmer of Dover and Richard Parmer, Jr. of Trenton.
