Roger Dail Milligan, 79, of Hampstead, passed away on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, at Lower Cape Fear Life-Care.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 6:30 PM at Victory Baptist Church, 205 Sound Road, Holly Ridge, with the Rev. David Hildebrand officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM, before the service.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, James and Margie Milligan.

He is survived by his wife of the home, Teresa Milligan; and his son, Carl Dean Milligan and wife Kat of New Bern, NC.
