Jacksonville, NC - Ronald L. Costantino, 75, died Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at his home. Graveside services will be held on Saturday morning at 11:00 at Onslow Memorial Park.
His wife, Patricia Costantino, son, Ronald P. Costantino and daughter, Annette M. Appleton all precede him in death.
Survivors include his daughter, Kitty Worthington of Hampstead; son, Carl L. Costantino of Wake Forest; sister, Sally Rae Costantino of Phoenix, AZ; five grandchildren, Natalie Costantino, Lindsey Costantino, Carl L. Costantino, Jr., Elaine Appleton and Timmy Appleton.
