Hubert- Ronald Joseph Sabella, Sr., 85, passed away at his home on Saturday, September 19, 2026. He was born on July 18, 1941, in New Orleans, LA a son of the late Joseph and Marguerite Thibodeaux Sabella.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Ron faithfully served his country in the US Navy and then began a career in communications with Bell South.

He is survived by son, Ronald Joseph Sabella, Jr. (Erin) of Hubert; grandchildren: Alan (Ashleigh), Alyssa, Ayden, and Gabriella; and great grandchildren: Charlotte, William, and Jameson.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith R. Sabella; and siblings, Raymond and Carol.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of one’s choice.
