Midway Park – Roxanne Cordelia Kellum, 75, of Midway Park, North Carolina passed away on July 27, 2026, at Novant Health in Wilmington. Private services will be held at a later date.

Roxanne was born on January 30, 1951, in Lenoir County, North Carolina to the late Earl Taylor and Martha Taylor. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Kellum; brothers, Henry, Buddy (Ronald Gene), Ray and her sister, Marion.

She is survived by her children, Veronica Packer (Gerald) and Johnny Kellum; grandchildren, Amber Packer, Anthony Packer (Amber Nicole), and Alicia Guevara (Yair); great-grandchild, Remington Packer; sister, Alice Golden, brother-in-law, Kenny and Nicole Kellum, whom which she loved like a daughter
