Ruby King Norris, 84, died Friday, July 26, 2013 at Crystal Coast Hospice Center, New Port, NC.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Silver Creek Free Will Baptist Church. Reverend Michael Ledbetter will be officiating and burial will follow at Seaside Memorial Gardens.
She was born in Onslow County and was the daughter of the late Devocian and Katie Lanier King. Her husband, Harvey M. Norris, also
precedes, her in death.
Ms. Norris is survived by two sons, Harvey Charles "Charlie" Norris and his wife Carolyn of Swansboro, NC and Billy M. Norris and his wife Evelyn of Swansboro, NC; two sisters, Genoria Pike of Pink Hill, NC and Inez Davis and husband Clem of Jacksonvile, NC; three grandchildren, Cindy Garb and husband Michael, Chuck Norris and Christina Mitchell and husband David; two great-grandchildren, Sunora True and Phoenix Sky Mitchell.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 29, 2013, from 6:00 pm till8:00 pm at Jones Funeral Home, Swansboro, NC.
