Hubert- Sean Eugene Truett, 47, passed away at his home on Friday, November 22,2024. He was born September 2,1977 in Quantico, VA.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 30,2024 at 1:00pm at Seaside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and family from 11:30am-12:30pm Saturday at Jones Funeral Home-Swansboro.

Sean was a carpenter and loved to work with his hands and make the normal look extraordinary. He loved to fish and watch NASCAR racing; but his greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by fiancé, Autumn Bailes of the home; stepson, Zach Bailes of Swansboro; daughter, Mackenzie Truett of the home; mother and stepfather, Noreen and Joe Buhl of Maysville; father, Richard Truett of Macon, GA; siblings, Jeremy Truett of Pollocksville, Aaron Truett (Cynthia) of Hubert, Kristy Greek (Casey) of Jacksonville, and Marc Lopez of Jacksonville; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Howard and Loretta Hardsock and paternal grandparents Charles and Doris Truett

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
