Sneads Ferry- Stacey Reed Burke, 52, passed away at his home on Monday, May 12,2025. He was born May 29,1972 in Russellville, AL, a son of the late George and Sarah Mutter Burke.

Stacey faithfully served his country for over 30 years in the US Navy, had recently retired, and was looking forward to spending his time with his wife, family, and friends. Stacey enjoyed every minute with his wife, fishing, boating, shelling, looking for shark teeth on the beach, hanging out with family and friends, and spoiling his dogs. Stacey loved donating his time to the local VFW and other community organizations.

He is survived by his wife, Jessica Burke of Sneads Ferry, which was the love of his life, a truly everlasting love. They were married for 6 years and together for 9 years. He is also survived by his two sons, Tyler and Ethan Burke both of CA; his mother and father-in-law, Carolyn and Jack Tsushima of CA; and fur babies, Oreo, Layla, Copper, and Harley. Stacey loved his wife, family, and friends tremendously and selflessly.

He was preceded in death by one brother, one sister, and two fur babies.

A private celebration of life honoring him and his service to this country will be held at a later date.
