Stan Eugene Curlee, 67 passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at his home in Hubert, NC with his best friend and faithful canine companion, Savannah Jane, by his side.  Graveside services with military honors will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 10:00 am at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, with Robert Hall officiating.

Preceded in death by his parents; James Donald and Beverly Beede Curlee.  Stan retired with the USPS and served his country in the US Army.

Survivors include his siblings, Steve Thomas Curlee (Ann) of Cary, NC, Sharon Clifton (Ben) of Clayton, NC, Sandy Curlee of Durham, NC and Sheryl Woodard (Todd) of Fuquay Varina, NC. Stan was known as Uncle Bobo to his many nieces and nephews.
