JACKSONVILLE  -  Stephen Franklin "Jack" Parker passed away Friday, February 28, 2025 at his daughter's home in Jacksonville.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Onslow Memorial Park.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Lucy Padgett Parker; and parents, Floyd Parker and Dorothy Parker.

Survivors include his daughter, Stephenie Cox (husband, Donald Cox, Jr.) of Jacksonville; grandson, Donald "Trey" Cox, III of Jacksonville; granddaughter, Morgan Hargrove (husband, Wesley) of Jacksonville; great-grandson, Jackson Hargrove; and brothers, Charles Parker (wife, JoAnne) of Jacksonville and Gerald Parker (wife, Ann) of Richlands.
