JACKSONVILLE  -  Stephen Weldon Martyn, 73, of Jacksonville, North Carolina passed away on March 24, 2025 at Premier Nursing and Rehab.

Mr. Martyn was born on February 18, 1952 in Fort Benning, Georgia to the late Henry Martyn and Margie Seruggs Martyn. He went on the serve in the United States Army and later worked in the entertainment industry. He was an avid lover of animals, including his late dog "coco". He will be greatly missed. "Love you, dad, forever!"

He is survived by his son, Matthew Martyn of Denver, Colorado; sisters, Marla Howard of Swansboro, North Carolina and Patti Howard of Hubert, North Carolina and nephew, Jarred Howard of Hubert, North Carolina
