Richlands – Tammy Lynn Alphin, 60, of Richlands, North Carolina passed away on September 29, 2026, at Kennansville Health and Rehab. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Tammy was born on September 30, 1965, in Kinston, North Carolina to the late Thomas Alphin and Lucy Smith Alphin.

Tammy spent the last ten years enjoying life and traveling with her husband. Together they spent many trips going to the mountains and different beaches.

She is survived by her husband, David Williams; step-son, Matthew Williams; brother, Chipper Peralta (Pam); and nieces and nephew, Emily Peralta, Samantha Peralta, and Travis Peralta; her beloved dog, Lucy; and many friends.
