MAPLE HILL  -  Marine "Teddy" Rhodes Pickett, 84, of Maple Hill, NC died Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at New Hanover Novant Health in Wilmington. No services will be held at this time.

Mr. Pickett was born in Onslow County, North Carolina on April 28, 1941 to Harold Fonville and Elsie Rhodes. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Bond Pickett.

He is survived by his children, Katherine Zarra and James Pickett; and three sisters, Sadie Beadle, Nancy Wigmore, and Gwindy Stewart.
