Tracy Dawn Edwards of Jacksonville, NC passed away on Sunday 8/30/2026 at the age of 58. Tracy grew up in Colombus, OH.; where she moved from to NC in the early 80's.

Tracy was full of many talents and worked a wide variety of jobs from being an EMT, cross-country truck driving for Covenant Trucking Co., cab driving and dispatching, In-Home Aid care for persons with disabilities; and her final job working with the Messhalls on Camp, Lejeune.

Tracy was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend; full of laughter, love and a beautiful light that touched many people.

Surviving children, Kayla Taylor and Cloey Williams of Jacksonville, NC. Grandchildren Stella Chapman and Anthony Ward of Jacksonville, NC. Brother George Clickenger and wife Karen Clickenger of Columbus, OH., significant other Timothy William Sr. of Jacksonville, NC and extended family.

Preceded in death by her mother Judy Carroll and grandparents Harry and Margaret Goen. 

Services will be held Wednesday 9/9/2026 at 2:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville with a visitation one hour prior to service from 1pm to 2pm.
