Jacksonville- Tyler Lee Ragon (30) passed October, 2026 in Jacksonville, NC.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 5 to 7 pm at Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville.

Tyler was born on March 9, 1996, in Jacksonville, NC to Christina Simmons and Randall Padgett.

Tyler was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend whose life brought laughter, love and joy to those around him. He had a big heart and a love that will remain in the hearts of those who knew him. Tyler will be remembered for his love of the beach, his outgoing personality, and his love for his friends and family.

He leaves behind his mother Christina Simmons, siblings, James Simmons III, Gage Simmons and Logan Simmons; father, Randall Padgett, wife Melony Padgett and two sons Mason and Caden Padgett; Grandparents, Daniel Orr and Susie Orr; his aunt Melissa Endicott, uncle Thomas Endicott, and many family and friends who will cherish his memory.

Tyler will be remembered by those who knew and loved him, and his memory will live in the hearts of his family and friends.
