SNEADS FERRY  -  Virginia Taylor Fulcher, 83, of Sneads Ferry, died Tuesday, January 13, 2026.  Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Sealawn Memorial Park in Hampstead, with Pastor Steve Allen officiating.

Mrs. Fulcher was a daughter of the late John Marshall Taylor and Virginia Benson Taylor.  She worked as a cosmetologist for many years at Sheer Magic in Jacksonville.  She also volunteered tirelessly for the Salvation Army and The Masters Touch in Sneads Ferry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Arthur Fulcher.

Survivors include her sons, Jamey Marshburn and his wife, Traci of Haws Run and Steve Marshburn of Haws Run; one stepdaughter, Melissa Snyder of Sneads Ferry; one sister, Athalia Whitley of Hampstead; one brother, John Taylor of Hampstead; and three grandchildren, Jessica Marshburn, Sarah Steward and Trent Marshburn, one great grandson, Silas McIntosh. She is also survived by her loving fur baby Winnie.

The family wishes to thank her caregivers for their endless compassionate love and help, Vernice Mathis, Jo Fajardo and Sue Gentry.
