Virginia Frances Ramsey passed away peacefully on May 28, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion to her family and friends. 

Virginia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness and caring spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She dedicated her life to her family and found great joy in spending time with those she loved. 

She is survived by her children, Stephanie Fratto and her husband, Paul Cannon; Jonathon Ramsey; and Thomas Ramsey and his wife, Courtney Grady. She was a proud grandmother to Carter Ramsey, Cheyenne Ramsey, Gabriel Cannon, Noelle Cannon, Rayleigh Cannon, Hezekiah, Hunter, and Cohen, all of whom brought immense happiness to her life. 

Virginia is also survived by her siblings, Conniegene Naugher, Alan Fratto, Marcel Fratto, and Richard Rhoads, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

 Virginia will be remembered for her warm heart, unwavering love for her family, and the many cherished memories she created throughout her life. Her compassion, wisdom, and gentle presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

Though she is no longer with us, her love and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home Chapel, in Jacksonville. Family and friends are invited to attend and share memories as they honor and celebrate Virginia's life.
