Obituary
JACKSONVILLE - Frances Charlene Klauser, 94, of Jacksonville, died Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Heritage of Richlands. Graveside funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
Mrs. Klauser was a daughter of the late F.V. Smith and Lucille Wiseman Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jose “Joe” Regino Klauser; one sister, Mary Shook; and three brothers, Chubby Smith, Travis Smith and J.D. Smith.
She is survived by her son, Roger Dale Klauser of Richlands; two grandchildren, Brian D. Klauser and Lisa Thornton; two brothers, Billy Smith of FL and Ray Smith of OK; two sisters, Janie K. Duck and Carolyn A. Rhodes, both of AR; and two great-grandchildren, Jarrett Thornton and Colby Hensley.
The family will receive friends Thursday morning, prior to the service, from 11:00 until 11:45 AM at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel.
