Frank Bolton, 55, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on November 14, 2021 after a short illness.
Frank was born on January 6, 1966, to Georgia and Albert Bolton of Jacksonville, NC. After Frank graduated from Swansboro High School in 1984 he joined the Army where he toured Honduras and Ecuador before becoming a Drill Sergeant. He eventually left the Army with 12 years of service at the rank of Staff Sergeant. After graduating with a degree in Electronics from Coastal Carolina Community College, he started his career in TV Repair. As the world transitioned into the digital age, Frank evolved with it and soon found himself in the field of hospitality where he was able to travel the country. Within the past year, Frank was able to come back to where he began working at Triad Electronics.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Georgia and Albert Bolton of Jacksonville, NC, his oldest sister Kitty Bolton, brother Albert Bolton, Jr., nephew Adam Bolton and niece Mittie Bess Humphrey. He is survived by his wife, Valerie Bolton, his daughter Laura Bolton and son Lcpl Steven Bolton, sister Martha Pittman and husband Alvin of Jacksonville, Pam Biggs of Casper, WY and many nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues.
Visitation services will be held at Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville, NC on Sunday, November 21, 2021, 6-8 pm with a Graveside Service at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, Jacksonville, NC at 10 am Monday, November 22, 2021.
