JACKSONVILLE – Joyce D. Culp, 74, passed away Wednesday evening at Onlsow Memorial Hospital.

Friends may come by to pay respects at Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville on 8/6/22 from 2PM to 3PM.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 12 years John Bellamy; special cousin Marva Manson who she thought of as her sister; best friend Pat Jefferson of Pittsburgh, PA; and a host of friends and relatives who will miss her dearly.
