JACKSONVILLE - Larry Earl Ordway, 48, of Jacksonville, died Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport. A Private graveside funeral service will be held at a later date.

Larry was a heavy equipment operator for many years with Morton Trucking, and more importantly the Best Dad Ever!

He was preceded in death by his son, Tyler Rex Ordway; grandfather, Donald Lawrence Ordway Sr; and uncles, Franklin J. Ordway, Donald L. Ordway and Harold L. Ordway.

Survivors include his daughters, Samantha Coombs of Jacksonville and Chieann Yarborough of Charlotte; father, Larry Earl Ordway, Sr. of Bakersfield, CA; mother, Denise Drake of Corning, NY; girlfriend, Susan Allen of Jacksonville; sister, Stacey Ordway of Phoenix, AZ; brothers, Kyle Ordway of Bakersfield, CA, Jason VanZile, Vernon VanZile and Thomas Ordway all of Corning, NY; aunts, Margaret Holton and Barbara Vargeson, both of Painted Post, NY; several nieces and nephews; best friend, Fred Hallock; and dearest friend/neighbor, Sharon Phillips.
