Obituary

HUBERT  -  Wanda Sue Cannon DiVincenzo, 67, of Hubert, died Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel with Pastor Greg Dickerson officiating.  Burial will follow at Dogwood Memorial Gardens in Maysville. The family will receive friends immediately before the service from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. DiVincenzo was born in Onslow County and raised in Maysville. Later in life, she was active in her community by serving with the Hubert Volunteer Fire Department and was honored by receiving a life time membership.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith DiVincenzo; parents, Levi and Pearl Cannon; sister, Dixie Ferrell; and brothers, Jimmy Cannon, Bobby Cannon, Billy Cannon, and Don Cannon.

Survivors include daughters, Andrea McPeak Ailshire (Ron) of Hubert and Lisa McPeak Aloia (Chris) of Comfort; grandchildren, Racheal Ailshire, Elizabeth Ailshire, Jonathan Ailshire, Madison Aloia, and Kendell Aloia; sister, Jean Jenkins; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ted and Helen DiVincenzo; and many loving nieces and nephews.
