Carol Ann Chambers, 69, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Premier Nursing Home.

Ms. Carol was born in Green Bay, WI and was the daughter of the late Leo and Alvina Zimmerman Massman. She was also preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Chambers.
She is survived by two daughters, Julie Chambers and Shannon Sarmento both of Jacksonville; one son, John R. Chambers and his wife, Jayne of Fuquay-Varina, NC; one sister, Sharon Leu of Wisconsin; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
