Lynda Lou Hewlett Blizzard 84 of Jacksonville passed away Tuesday June 13, 2023 at Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jacksonville.

Lynda was born in Wilmington, June 16, 1938 to the late Franklin and Edna Brown Hewlett and was preceded in death by her husband, Roland E. Blizzard, Jr., two sisters, Nancy Floyd, Jean Rose, three brothers, Bobby Hewlett, Emory Hewlett and Rae Hewlett, a daughter in Law, Jantanna Blizzard, and a great grandson, Allen Thomas.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Masonboro Baptist Church Cemetery, 1501 Beasley Road, Wilmington with Reverend Amy Blizzard officiating.

Surviving, her three sons; Gary Blizzard (Amy) of Columbia, South Carolina, Terry Blizzard (Jenifer) of Jacksonville and Kenneth Blizzard of Jacksonville.  Six grandchildren, Elizabeth Massalene, Cory Blizzard (Katrina), Neal Blizzard, David Blizzard, Brodie Blizzard, Zane Blizzard and six great grandchildren.
