JACKSONVILLE - Mary Elaine Tarr, 20, of Richlands, died Monday, August 22, 2016 in Charlotte. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel.
Ms. Tarr was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, James McElvain; paternal grandparents, Anthony and Marilyn Tarr; her uncle, Bill Williams; and best friend, Cathy West.
She is survived by her father, Anthony Tarr, Jr. (Glenda), of Youngstown, OH; her mother, Wendy L Neal- Francosky (James), of Beaufort, SC; two brothers, James Cunningham (Amber), of Moundsville, WV and Anthony Tarr (Kate), of Youngstown, OH; three sisters, Shelby Makuch (Josiah), of Beaufort, SC, Jamie Tarr of Youngstown, OH and Kati Tarr (Adam) of Youngstown, OH; one stepsister, Allison Francosky of Youngstown; maternal grandparents, Gary and Pamela Shugarts of Richlands; two aunts, Mary Butto (Michael) of Calcutta, OH and Kathy Tarr (Stephanie) of Youngstown, OH; two nephews, Luka Tarr of Youngtown, OH and Jayden Douds of Youngstown, OH; two nieces, Ella Mae Tarr of Youngstown, OH and Sariah Makuch of Beaufort, SC; three cousins, Laurena Williams, Eva Anderson (Chuck) and Nicole Tarr (Bryan); and special mentors, Bill Burton of Youngstown, OH and Christopher Bonacci both of Youngstown, OH.
The family will receive friends Saturday morning prior to the service, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
