JACKSONVILLE - Michael Salvatore Aragona, 33, of Jacksonville, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at his home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday at Infant of Prague Catholic Church with Rev. Jeffrey Bowker officiating. Entombment will follow at Onslow Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Michael was born on May 20, 1983 in Onslow county, and was a lifelong resident. He worked for many years in general maintenance for Scientific Water and Sewage Inc.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Salvatore and Anne Aragona.

Survivors include his parents, Benjamin and Sharon Aragona of Jacksonville; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Barbara Griffin of Jacksonville; two brothers, Kenneth and Benjamin Aragona of Jacksonville; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6 - 8 PM at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel.
