Patricia "Trish" Clark Levan, 67, of Jacksonville and formerly of Charlotte and Asheville, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at her home. Trish's family will receive visitors from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday February 23, 2024 at Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville, NC.

Trish was born December 15, 1956 in Lexington, NC, where she spent her early years before her family moved to Jacksonville, where she graduated high school. She graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a BS in Marine Biology in 1978, and in 1986, she received an AAS from Central Piedmont Community College in Business Data Processing and Management. She was a free spirit and loved to be outdoors in nature and loved her art. For decades, every spare minute was spent camping atop Mount Mitchel, backpacking and hiking the ridge trails along the Black Mountains, or wilderness backpacking in Shining Rock Wilderness area. Thanks to her passion for art, and the number of things she gave away, she will be remembered for the whimsical leaded and stained-glass display pieces she made of winged fairies, butterflies, and many custom pieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her son, Domenec Levan and his wife Jenna of Jacksonville.
