Jacksonville, NC-- Ruby J. Watts, 92, of Jacksonville died Monday at her home. A funeral service will be Wednesday at 7pm at Jones Funeral Home, burial will be Thursday at 11 am in the New Bern National Cemetery in New Bern. The Rev Jim Kelley will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter J. Watts and a son, Bill Watts.
She is survived by her one daughter, JoAnne W. Capps of Jacksonville; two sons, Richard Watts of Jacksonville and Jeff Watts of Handover, MD., six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6pm till 7pm at the funeral home.
