JACKSONVILLE - Thomas "Tommy" Avery Crews, 69, of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Onslow Memorial Hospital, while surrounded by family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Flynn officiating. Burial will follow at Onslow Memorial Park.
Mr. Crews is survived by his wife, Linda S. Crews of the home; one son, Thomas Evan Crews of Jacksonville; one daughter, Mary Tiffany Foelsch of Jacksonville; one brother, Zennie Crews of Jacksonville; four sisters, Evelyn South of Jacksonville, Nita Tuttle of GA, Jane Gurganus of Jacksonville and Joan Sanderson of Burgaw; and three grandchildren, Megan, Katelyn and Charlie.
The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon, prior to the service, from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at the church.
